Policies

All new color clients require a consultation. To determine that pricing, timing and end goals are met, Modern Mane Studios require ALL first time color clients to book a consultation and sign our color consultation form.

Credit Card Required: For services with a duration of an hour or longer, keeping a card on file is required. We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment and Modern Mane Studios reserves the right to, and will charge the card on file for violating policies.

Confirmation Text: As a courtesy, you will receive a text to confirm your appointment with a card on file. If you choose to not confirm your appointment, your scheduled time will not be valid, and is at risk of being removed with our cancellation fee being applied. You have until 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment , and/or a cancellation fee.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Here at Modern Mane Studios we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within 3 days of your original appointment.

Lateness. Modern Mane has a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

Cancellations. Your appointments are very important to Modern Mane Studios. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We are understanding that scheduling adjustments are necessary. However, we respectfully require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or the same day as your reserved time you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

No call/No Shows: If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not show up to your reserved time you will be charged 75% of your service.
